Pasting into Word results in small text
|Top Previous Next|
Programs like Microsoft Word are page based. If the captured area is larger than a page, Word squeezes the image to fit the page. That's why it looks so small.
Changing font size does not change the size of text in pictures.
To copy text, and pictures, into Word, it's better to use the Windows clipboard.
Here's a great trick for copying and pasting long sections of material, without dragging the mouse.
1 Left-click on the first character you want to copy.
2 Scroll to the bottom of the material.
3 Press SHIFT, then click on the last character. The entire area will be selected.
4 Press CTRL+C to copy it.
5 Click were you want the information pasted, then press CTRL+V.
Read all about the clipboard in Windows help.
